Piramit Makina

Üç renk flekso baskı makinesi, bobin bağlantı düzeneği; kalıp,katlama ve yapıştırma ünitesi olarak üç ana bölümden oluşmaktadır.
Flekso baskı makinesi üç renk su bazlı veya analin boya baskısı yapmaktadır. Baskı anında baskıyı durdurmadan renk ayarları klişe merdanesi sağ sol, baskı yukarı aşağı, komple flexo baskı makinası sağa ve sola gezebilir. Bobinin taşıma ünitesi bir adet pencere için selafon bobin, bir adet ana kağıt bobin, üst kısımda sırt kola ünitesi ve kazanı, poşet kısmına girişte poşet ve matbayı birbirine bağlayan renk ayar sistemi ve kağıt geçiş merdaneleri bulunan bir blok ünitedir. Bu bölümün önünde poşet makinası bulunur. Sırasıyla poşet katlama çubuk ve tekerleri, ütüleme parçaları, kalıp, otomatik ayarlı yan körük aparatları, taşıyıcı alt kauçuk merdane, çekici çelik ve üstünde kauçuk teker ve onun önünde bantlar, bantların altında 8 istasyonlu tambur ve üstünde tambur pensler ile kağıt kırıcıları bulunur. Tamburun ön kısmında da toplama platformu ve onun da ortasında kızaklı mal dayanma ünitesi bulunur.
Makinemiz işleyiş itibariyle dakikada 500 adet poşet üretebilmektedir. Üretimde kullanılabilecek kağıt gramajları 35-90 gr aralığında değişebilir. Kağıt baskı yüzeyi maksimum 79 cm olup poşet boyutları en 4-35 cm boy 10-48 cm aralığında değişik kombinasyonlarda düzenlenebilir.


The machine formed in four main unites. These are three color flexo printing machine, bobbin connection contrivance; the mold,folding and pasting unites.
The flexo printing machine makes three color printing. You can move the cliche(plate) to left and right, the printing part to up or down and all flexo printing sistem to left and right while the sistem is working.
The bobbin part includes one bobbin contrivance for windowed paper box products and one bobbin for main paper, a back starch unite with caldron, a color setup sistem for connect the paper and printing sistem to the beginning of the paper box part and finally paper passing rollers.
Paper box part of the machine starts in front of the bobbin parts. On this part each in turn we have folding bars and wheels, the mold, automatic side bellows parts, buttom rubber rollers for transport the paper to stack roller and the stack roller has eight stations and at the top of it we have pincers and paper brakers.
End of the machine the stack roller works for gathering the paper together.
The machine produces 500 paper box per minute. The weight of the paper in use could be change 35-90 gr. The printing surface is 79 cm and paper box sizes arrange in 4-35cm for width, 10-48 cm for length.
